After more than 30 years in corporate leadership, I thought I understood what it meant to lead.
I had managed teams, delivered results, and climbed the corporate ladder. But when I started my own business, I discovered a humbling truth:
Business is a different kind of leadership.
In the corporate world, systems are already in place. In business, you must build them yourself. Like many entrepreneurs, I wore every hat, worked longer hours, and wondered why my business wasn’t growing despite all my effort.
Everything changed when I discovered John Maxwell’s leadership principles and the power of coaching. I realized that sustainable business growth begins with the growth of the leader.
As I grew, my business grew. I gained clarity, built systems, developed leaders, and created a business that no longer depended entirely on me.
That journey led me to become a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, establish Archon.ph, and develop the Trinity of Growth™ framework. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs and serving as an Executive Director of one of the fastest-growing BNI regions in the Philippines.
