The Leadership Mastermind™

A Mastermind Session is a small-group meeting (6–12 leaders) guided by a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach. Each week, the group:

1. Learns a Leadership Principle
   We study a chapter or concept from a Maxwell book (like Developing the Leader Within You 2.0).
2. Shares Insights & Challenges
   Each participant reflects, shares experiences, and learns from peers.
3. Commits to Action
   Everyone sets a practical step to apply in their business or role before the next session.
4. Builds Accountability
   At the next meeting, the group checks in on progress, celebrates wins, and sharpens each other.

Investment fee:  Php3,000 per pax/ session (for a maximum of 15 participants only)

These are hybrid meetings:  First week is in-person, the rest two weeks are online.
