A Lunch & Learn is a 60 to 90 -minute leadership development session designed to engage, inspire, and equip your team during lunch hour preferably (or any time of the day). It combines meaningful learning with practical takeaways your people can apply immediately.

Each session is facilitated by Certified Maxwell Coaches, headed by Coach Ronnie V. Marquez — a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer trained under the John Maxwell Team (USA).
With over 30 years of leadership experience, Coach Ronnie brings a deep passion for helping organizations and SMEs develop leaders who grow themselves, their teams, and their businesses.

This session is based on John C. Maxwell’s best-selling book, Developing the Leader Within You 2.0, focusing on 3 Foundational Leadership Principles:
- Definition of Leadership: Influence
- Key to Leadership: Priorities
- Foundation of Leadership: Character
The goal is for these principles to be applied right away after the sesssion.
5️⃣ How many participants can attend?
We recommend at least 15 participants to maximize engagement and team interaction. There’s no upper limit for virtual sessions.
