I know what it feels like to start a business with experience—but without clarity.
After 30 years in corporate leadership, I thought transitioning to entrepreneurship would be easy. Instead, I faced what many SME owners silently battle every day: overwhelm, inconsistent results, and the pressure of trying to figure everything out alone. I knew how to work hard, but I didn’t know how to grow a business.
That changed when I discovered John Maxwell’s leadership principles and the power of coaching. I gained the structure, focus, and internal growth I needed to lead with confidence. As I grew internally, my business finally began to grow externally.
With clarity and a proven framework, everything shifted.
I built Archon.ph, became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, and have since helped hundreds of business owners grow through leadership development, DISC, and the Trinity of Growth™ and Built to Grow™ programs.
Today, I lead one of the fastest-growing BNI regions in the Philippines, helping chapters like BNI Eagles scale from 19 to 100+ members, and guiding leaders to transform themselves—and their organizations.
