How much time will it take?
Each session is 60 to 90 minutes, held once a week, bi-monthly, or monthly. You’ll invest less than 2 hours per session for growth that compounds in your business and life.
What if I don’t have a leadership title yet?
You don’t need a title to lead. Many high-potential employees or candidates for supervisory or managerial positions who desire to grow their influence and confidence are encouraged to attend.
Is this just theory, or will I walk away with action steps?
Every session ends with practical action items you can apply immediately in your business or leadership role.
Do I have to speak up in every session?
No pressure. You’re encouraged to share, but you’ll learn just as much by listening to others’ experiences and insights.
