DISC Personality Profile

Transforming your company starts with understanding yourself. DISC will help measure four factors of your behavior: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. These are fairly complex constructs, and aren’t easily expressed in single words, but they can be characterized as assertiveness, communication, patience and structure. 

The real power of DISC, however, lies in its ability to interpret the relationships between these factors. For example, where a highly Dominant person has an equally high level of Influence, they will behave quite differently from an equally Dominant individual without that Influence. The factors combine in this way to provide approximately one million different ‘profiles’ (i.e., combinations of the four factors). 

With your customized 30-page report, DISC can be used to describe your general approach, including your motivations and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, and some of the basic assumptions you make about other people. 

The One-on-One Debrief

To make the most out of DISC and truly unleash its potential, your Coach, Ronnie Marquez, will debrief you on how to interpret the results, highlight key opportunities, and discuss actions you can take to help you become a better business owner, manager, or executive. 

The One-on-One debrief is an in-depth look at what your personality profile means for you, helping to identify areas of untapped potential while highlighting areas of potential stress and conflict. 

By better understanding yourself, you are then able to run your business better, lead your team more effectively and create more cohesive relationships that help propel your dreams forward. 

The Debrief takes around 1 hour for individuals and can be done face-to-face or over the phone. You can attend individually or bring your business and life partner, so they can also gain a better understanding of you.
