At Maxwell Leadership, we utilize The Maxwell DISC Method, which is based on the DiSC profile. DiSC is a personality assessment focused on workplace interactions. It categorizes individuals into one of four color-coded categories. These categories are Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue.

Each of the four color-coded categories in the Maxwell DISC Method represents a different communication style.
